By using ventr.studio (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Core Industries Group LLC (“VENTR,” “we,” “us”). These terms cover use of the Site itself. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement.
What the Site is for
The Site exists to describe our services, share information, and let prospective clients submit a project inquiry. The Site does not create a client relationship by itself. We’re only engaged once we’ve both signed a written agreement.
What you can do
- Read the content for personal or business research.
- Share links to public pages.
- Submit a project inquiry through the /start form or email us directly.
What you cannot do
- Scrape or republish our content as your own without permission.
- Use the Site to do anything unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with how it runs.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent inquiries.
Our content
Everything on the Site, including text, images, and brand marks, is owned by us or licensed to us. You can quote and link to it with attribution. You can’t repurpose it commercially without our written permission.
No warranty
The Site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the information accurate, but we don’t guarantee it’s complete, current, or fit for any specific purpose. Don’t treat anything here as legal, financial, or business advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, VENTR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes that we can’t work out informally go to the state or federal courts in Florida.
